If, for any reason, you’re not fully satisfied with your delivered supplements or merch, simply contact our customer service team at info@cave-fit.com for a return authorisation.

We’ll provide the return instructions within 2 business days. Afterward, return any unopened products in their original container, along with the used products, within 60 days of receiving your order to qualify for a refund. For your protection we recommend the order is sent back using a recorded/trackable service.

We’ll refund 100% of the product price (excluding shipping charges) minus a small handling fee of 5% of your order. This covers processing, quality checks, and administration associated with the return.
